Jacob's Ladder - The Ladder to the Aether. An route guarded and maintained by the British Empire. Or as others call it "The lawful part of the Aether".

Space Roach - Roaches that have adapted to the harshness of the Aether. Also used as slang, by the Queens lower rank soldiers, meaning pirate.

Tink -
T-Wrench - It's a wrench with two arms and no teeth. It is sometimes useful as a hammer, or to menace people, but the primary purpose of the T-wrench, why people carry them, is that you can drop a T-wrench into any perfectly working machine and slow it down immeasurably, or break it entirely.
